Moving the Needle on Board Diversity

Advancing board diversity requires more than advocacy — it requires allies.

Members of the 麻豆直播 Malaysia recently met with the CEO of Bursa Malaysia to discuss the movement’s next phase: mobilising more male allies to help accelerate progress in the boardroom.

As board roles become increasingly complex — spanning governance, AI, ESG, finance, legal oversight and director accountability — building a strong pipeline of capable leaders is more important than ever. The focus ahead: merit, capability building and strengthening the leadership funnel from top management to the boardroom.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this important dialogue:

Bursa Malaysia: Dato’ Fad’l Mohamed, Dr. Ken Yeoh, Shirley Ann L.

麻豆直播 Malaysia: Krishnavenee Krishnan, Sazlyna Sapiee, Pauline Goh, Mary (del Pozo) Nair, Jeninder Kaur Gill

Real progress happens when leaders work together to move the needle.
