°¿³Ü°ùÌýaimÌýis toÌýengageÌýboth board Chairs and CEOs to set aspirational goals for their own company’s Path to Parity.

We are calling forÌýbeyond 30%Ìýrepresentation of ALL women on boards and executive teams globally,Ìýwith a particular focus on C-suite roles.

We aim for women and gender diverse people to holdÌýat least 30% of chair and senior independent director roles, as well as executive committee rolesÌý– particularly CEO and CFO roles.

For this reason, we haveÌýaligned with The 50-30 Challenge, an initiative between the Government of Canada, Canadian businesses, and diversity organizations.

Advisory Board

The Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ Advisory Committee is comprised of senior business leaders that believe that gender balance positively impacts business performance. Recognizing the positive impact that diversity at leadership levels can have on the economy, the Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ is committed to building a strong foundation of business leaders to champion meaningful, sustainable change in the gender balance and broader diversity of boards and executive committees. To accomplish this the Advisory Committee is working to engage Board Chairs and CEOs to commit to accelerate progress towards a minimum of 30% representation.
